RETURN POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION: By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.

Customers are subject to the Consumer Protection Laws applicable in their region regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

The shipping cost for returning a product will be covered by the customer. Products must be returned to the designated return address in their original condition and packaging.

Each purchased product is delivered within 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, customers may cancel their order and request a refund.

If the purchased product becomes unavailable, we will notify the customer within 3 days and process a full refund within 14 days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Customers may return their product within 14 days of delivery without any justification. To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • The invoice must be included in the return package.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic proof. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
